The 24th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition is set to be a highly prestigious event with international participation. Not only w

ill Rick Stephen, the chairman of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) Competition Committee, be joining as a consultant to guide th

e competition rules and procedures, but also several members of the WACS Competition Committee will be present. This includes Carlo Sauber, the

chairman of the Luxembourg Culinary World Cup 2022 jury, Frank Widmann, the chairman of the Olympic Culinary Cup, Sven Erik Renaa, a Michelin

leading event in the industry. The "Nanqiao Cup" Chinese Pastry International Championship will focus on the heritage and innovation of Chines

e pastries, with competition categories including mooncakes, Chinese tea snacks, peach pastries, local specialty Chinese pastries, and a fusion
